The National Professional Development Initiative for Sustainability Educators is supported and endorsed by Australia’s peak environmental education organisations. It identifies, recognises and facilitates delivery of endorsed professional development for sustainability / environmental education practitioners.
Workshops delivered through this initiative are facilitated by leaders in field of Educating for Sustainability. They follow action learning principles, provide opportunities for networking, and are inclusive of individual participant learning styles.
Certificates endorsed by Australia’s peak environmental education organisations are issued to participants upon successful completion of the recognised modules.
Eight providers and fourteen modules are currently approved for delivery.
